INGREDIENTS

  • 2 CUPS OF WATER
  • ½ THINLY SLICED LEMON OR LIME
  • 1 INCH OF FRESH GINGER ROOT
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF HONEY

INSTRUCTIONS

  • BOIL WATER
  • WASH, PEEL AND GRATE GINGER ROOT
  • SLICE HALF OF A LEMON OR LIME
  • ADD THE GRATED GINGER, LEMON/LIME TO A TEAPOT FOLLOWED BY THE BOILED WATER
  • LET STEEP FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN POUR INTO A STRAINER INTO A TEA CUP
  • ADD HONEY
