ENERGY BOOST SMOOTHIE
This smoothie is great pre-workout as the beets help to provide energy for the workout as they help to boost nitric oxide in the body when consumed.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups coconut water
- 2 small beets chopped and frozen
- 1 banana frozen
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave
DIRECTIONS
Add the ingredients in the order as listed above into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar and enjoy.
VEGGIE BERRY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of unsweetened oat milk or milk of choice
- 1 small diced and frozen beet
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup kale
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons oats
DIRECTIONS
Add the ingredients in the order as listed above into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar and enjoy.
NASBERRY MANGO SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 nasberries
- 1 small frozen chopped mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1.5 cups coconut milk
- 2 tsps flaxseed
- 2 tsps chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 small pieces of ginger
DIRECTIONS
Add the ingredients in the order as listed above into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar and enjoy.
